General Rules and regulation

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

(i) “DISPUR Academy” has been established with an aim to impart high quality education in Class IX, X, and Arts, Commerce, Science in H.S. and Arts, Commerce in T.D.C. level.

(ii) The institution stands for discipline, moral conduct and good character worthy for a future citizen of India.

(iii) One important feature is the regularity in holding classes throughout the academic session.

(iv) All students should attend 100% classes. Absence from classes will be allowed only on health ground.

(v) If a student after admission into first year, does not attend classes for six consecutive days from the date of starting of the session without proper information, he/she shall forfeit his/her seat. His/her seat will then be allotted to candidates from the waiting list.

(vi) Students should wear neat and tidy uniforms.

(vii) Students should always wear their college uniform without which they shall not be allowed to attend classes.

(viii) Every student will be provided with the Academic Calendar and ID card every year, which should be brought to the college every day.

(ix) Leave during class hours will not be granted under normal circumstances.

(x) Office formalities, like payment of fees library works etc will be allowed only after class hours.

(xi) Students having attendance less than 75% will be liable to be disallowed to sit in the final examinations. The authority has the right to issue transfer certificate to irregular students.

(xii) Students should behave nicely with their fellow students, teachers and other staff members of the college. They should also handle college properties with care and respect.

(xiii) A student found guilty of misconduct/indiscipline shall be expelled or rusticated for the time being or fine/debarred from appearing in any examination.

(xiv) Adopting unfair means in the examination will be treated as violation of discipline and shall be expelled from examination.

(xv) Any student found guilty at the breach of discipline/rules/regulations shall be liable to disciplinary action including expulsion from the college as described by the college authority.

(xvi) All these rules should be carried out by the students in order to display discipline and sense of good conduct.
